FAQ's

Order & Pickup

How do I order?

All orders must be placed through our website. You can find our full menu with up to date flavors under the “Menu” tab on our homepage.

How far in advance do I need to place my order?

Because we bake everything fresh to order we require at least 24 to 48 hours notice. The preordering window closes at 8am each morning for pickup the following day.

For example: When ordering for a Friday pick up, your order must be placed by 8am Thursday morning. We bake all orders the day before pickup and always begin our daily baking first thing in the morning.

What are your days and hours of operation?

We are open Tuesdays through Saturdays. We do require pre-ordering for any pickups Tuesday through Thursday. And highly recommend pre-ordering on Fridays and Saturdays. On Fridays and Saturdays we do offer our walk-in hours with a select menu available for walk-in customers.

Hours of operation:
Tuesday - Thursday: 11:00am to 6:00pm ADVANCED PREORDERING REQUIRED

Friday: 11:00am to 6:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am to 2:00pm
Sunday & Monday: CLOSED

I am trying to place an order but I do not see the date I am looking for?

Depending on your desired pick up date, the window for ordering for that day may have already closed. Unfortunately we do not offer same day pre-ordering. Preordering closes at 8am each morning for pickup the following day.

IMPORTANT: We are experiencing a growing issue with customers trying to place an order for dates that are no longer available or are sold out. Please understand, if you place an order for a future date and then call us requesting we make the order sooner or show up for pickup on the wrong date, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE IF ASKING FOR A REFUND. Sadly this has become very common occurrence with Holiday weekends after the cutoff date has passed and after Thanksgiving week is fully booked.

A $5 cancellation fee for orders under $100 and a $10 cancellation fee for orders over $100 will be taken out of your refund.

If you are looking to order for a future date that is not yet listed please send us an email or give us a call. We typically have a month at a time listed for pre-ordering.

Can I just walk-in and order?

We only offer walk-in availability on Fridays and Saturdays. And we only bake extra PIE BITES for these days. We DO NOT have full pies on hand for our walk-in hours.
Friday: 11:00am to 6:00pm
Saturday: 10:00am to 2:00pm
Or until Sold Out for the day
