We stock the freezer every Tuesday morning with more full Key Lime pies for the week.

Tuesday - Thursday: We can only guarantee someone will be at the bakery from 11am to 2pm on these days.

However, after 2pm, our availability is based on our scheduled preorder appointments. You are welcome to call ahead and confirm how late we will be at the bakery should you like to pick up after 2pm, but please remember, without preordering, we can't guarantee availability. Our bakery is family-run, and we often have other commitments like supply runs and meetings in the afternoons, which we organize around preorders. Our aim is to balance serving walk-in customers while managing our time effectively, hence the importance of preordering.

Friday: We are open for our normal walk-in hours, 11am to 6pm.

Saturday: We are open for our normal walk-in hours, 10am to 2pm.

Sundays & Mondays: The bakery is CLOSED.
