Allergy & Dietary

What allergens are present in your kitchen?

Our kitchen processes the following allergens on a weekly, some daily, basis.

Peanuts, nuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, dairy, eggs, mango, and pineapple (the list is not limited to these items but are they the most common found in our kitchen)

If you have a life threatening allergy to any of the above items we DO NOT recommend eating our products. While we do our best to prevent any cross contamination from occurring, we CANNOT 100% GUARENTEE it. All products are made on/with the same equipment and kept in the same refrigerators.

Does your crust contain nuts?

No, both our graham cracker crust and traditional pie crust DO NOT contain nuts.

However, due to the heavy daily presence of peanuts and pecans, we HIGHLY recommend anyone with a nut/tree nut allergy do not consume any of our products.

Do you offer gluten free pies?

Yes, we do! I myself have a gluten allergy so please feel free to contact me directly with any questions or concerns about the items used or how things are prepared. I promise they taste just as great as our "regular" pies!! Please keep in mind though, while we do our absolute best to take special precautions to avoid cross contamination, our kitchen is not a gluten free kitchen.

Do you have dairy free, vegan, or sugar free options?

Unfortunately, not at this time.

Cooking &
Storage

Is everything baked fresh?

Yes, we bake everything fresh for each order. Typically everything is baked the day before pickup and decorated the morning of.

Do my pies need to be refrigerated?

Yes, most of our pies contain dairy and are therefore temperature controlled requiring them to be kept in the refrigerator until they are ready to be served.

Should I bring a cooler for pickup?

Pies/ pie bites can travel up to 30 minutes in an air conditioned car without needing to be kept in a cooler. If traveling farther please be sure to bring a cooler or insulated cooler bag and ice packs. We are happy to give you the dominions of the boxes if you need to measure to be sure they will fit.

We will not have ice packs or cooler bag available for purchasing at the bakery, so please plan accordingly. The customer is responsibly for keeping their pies chilled.

Please note: If you arrive and the dozen box does not fit in your cooler and you would like them reboxed in smaller boxes there will be a fee for the additional boxes.

How long will my pies last in the refrigerator?

We recommend pies be eaten within 4-5 days after pickup.

Do they freeze well?

Yes, many of our pies freeze well, some better than others. If you know you plan to freeze them please reach out to us and we will be happy to give you suggestions on which flavors freeze best. We suggest putting the pies in an airtight container and freeze them up to 3 weeks. Once you are ready to enjoy them, place the container in the fridge for a few hours and the pie should soften up to the correct texture.

Size & Portions

What are the actual sizes of your pies?

“Pie Bites” are the size of a cupcake, they are actually baked in cupcake wrappers.
“Full Size” are 9” pies

Do you offer bulk pricing if I order multiple dozen or a large number?

Unfortunately we do not offer bulk pricing. A dozen pie bites is discounted by $3.

Do you cater weddings?

Yes, have catered many weddings! At this time we do offer a delivery option throughout Palm Beach County for a fee of $150 and 10 dozen minimum. If your venue is in Martin county or Broward county please contact us as we will do our best to accommodate that delivery as well. (That delivery fee may be higher and is dependent on the location and our availability).

Important note for weddings! Please be sure your venue will allow you the use of enough refrigerator space at the venue to accommodate your pies. (We have found that some venues will not allow our bride’s adequate refrigeration space). If your venue will not allow you enough refrigeration space, unfortunately we will not be able to accept the catering job. ALL OF OUR PIES MUST REMAIN REFRIGERATED UNTIL 10/15 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING.

And we always ask that there will be someone who is responsible for serving or setting up the pies, such as a wedding coordinator or venue coordinator.

We DO NOT recommend our pies be served outdoors as they may melt or spoil quickly in the Florida heat.
