When can I place my order?

Preordering will open the morning of November 1st at 10:00am.

Where do I place my order?

All orders must be placed through our website. We WILL NOT take orders over the phone, in person, email, or social media messages. There will be no sepcial exceptions made.

When can I pickup my pies for Thanksgiving?

In order to keep things organized and allow for quicker pickups, each order will select to pickup during a specific 2 hour pickup window on either the Tuesday or Wednesday before Thanksgiving. As each time slot reach full capacity, they will be removed from the ordering form and we will not be able to add to them.

Timeframes to pick from will be:

11:00am - 1:00pm | 1:00pm - 3:00pm | 3:00pm - 5:00pm | 5:00pm-7:00pm

Can I place my order over the phone, in person, or social media?

No, unfortunately in order to stay organized all orders must be placed via our website. We will not make an exceptions.

When is the cutoff date for preordering?

There will not be a cutoff date this year. The last five Thanksgivings we have reached full capacity within the first two weeks of November. Our best advice is to ORDER EARLY! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND preordering the first week of November.

What if I need to add to my order after I place it?

In order to add to your order you will need to place an additional order via the website. We can not add to your previous order on the back end.

PLEASE NOTE: if you are adding to your order after the original timeframe you chose is full and no longer an option on the website, you will be required to pickup in the later of the two timeframes. Once a timeframe is full, we will not be able to add to it.

What if I need to add to my order but my pickup time-frame is fully booked?

If booking an additional order but for a different timeframe, you will be required to pickup in the later of the two pickup windows. We will not be able to add to a pickup window once it is fully booked.

If I pick up on Tuesday before Thanksgiving will my pies still be good on Thursday?

Yes, your pies will still be perfect for Thanksgiving day.

If I pickup the Friday before Thanksgiving, will my pies still be good for Thanksgiving day?

Unfortunately we do not recommended doing this as your pies will not be fresh the following week. However, we know people do it every year if they miss placing an order for Thanksgiving week pickup. Many of our customers freeze their pies until Thanksgiving eve. Again, we do not recommended this because not all flavors defrost perfectly. If you do decided to do this, we are happy to give suggestions on which flavors freeze best but cannot be held responsible if pies do not defrost perfectly.

Do you have a waiting list for pies that are not picked up?

No. Pies are very rarely forgotten about. We do not have a waiting list for people to sign up for if they miss preordering for Thanksgiving week.

IF we have extras they are strictly first come first serve and you will need to be in house to purchase them.

Will you be open the weekend after Thanksgiving?

We will be CLOSED Thanksgiving day, Nov. 28th, through Tuesday Dec. 3rd.

We will also be CLOSED the Saturday before Thanksgiving, Nov. 23rd.

Will you have extras the week of Thanksgiving?

We cannot guarantee we will have any extras the week of Thanksgiving. We will try our best to have extras of some kind. If we do, we will post about them on our social media accounts Wednesday late afternoon and they will be available for pickup Wednesday evening.

We WILL NOT have extras on Tuesday the 26th.

What if I need to place a large order?

During the Holiday season, October to December, all large orders will need to be discussed with our owner, Lauren, before being placed. We typically do not take large cooperate orders or orders from caterers the week of Thanksgiving or Christmas. We do this to be able to accommodate as many individual customers as possible.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

No, we do not offer bulk pricing.

Do you work with caterers for Thanksgiving?

No, we cannot bake pies for caterers during the week of Thanksgiving or Christmas. Our customers come first and we have to make sure to have full availability for them. We also do not permit anyone to use our pies for resale or without being clearly labeled as Key Lime to Happiness pies.
