We're so excited to be part of your Thanksgiving celebrations again this year! Please read through our FAQs before placing your order to ensure a smooth ordering and pickup experience.
Ordering
When can I place my Thanksgiving order?
Thanksgiving preordering opens on Sunday, November 1st at 10:00 AM.
We highly recommend placing your order as early as possible, as pickup availability is limited and we expect to reach full capacity quickly.
Where do I place my order?
ALL Thanksgiving orders must be placed through our website.
We will not accept orders over the phone, in person, through email, or via social media messages. To keep our ordering process organized and fair for everyone, no exceptions will be made.
When is the deadline to preorder?
There is no set preorder deadline. Instead, preordering will close once we reach our maximum capacity.
For the past six Thanksgivings, we have sold out within the first two weeks of November.
Our best advice? ORDER EARLY! We strongly recommend placing your order during the first week of November to secure your preferred pickup date and time.
Once we are fully booked, we will not be able to accommodate additional orders, no exceptions will be made.
Can I add items to my order after it has been placed?
In order to add to your order you will need to place an additional order via the website. We can not add to your previous order on the back end.
PLEASE NOTE: if you are adding to your order after the original timeframe you chose is full and no longer an option on the website, you will be required to pickup in the later of the two timeframes. Once a timeframe is full, we will not be able to add to it.
Thanksgiving Pickup Information
When can I pick up my Thanksgiving pies?
Thanksgiving orders will be available for pickup on Tuesday, November 24th, and Wednesday, November 25th.
To keep pickups running smoothly and minimize wait times, customers must select a designated two-hour pickup window when placing their order. You will be required to come during your selected timeframe, absolutely no early pickups will be accommodated. If you arrive early we cannot guarantee your order will be ready and you will be asked to come back during the timeframe you selected when placing your order, so please plan accordingly.
Available pickup windows:
11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Each window has a limited number of available spots. Once a window reaches capacity, it will automatically be removed from the ordering options.
We cannot accommodate additional orders in a fully booked pickup window. Please plan accordingly and arrive during your selected time.
If I pick up my pies on Tuesday, will they still be fresh for Thanksgiving on Thursday?
Absolutely! Your pies will still be delicious and ready to enjoy on Thanksgiving Day.
Just be sure to keep them properly refrigerated until you're ready to serve.
All orders must be picked up no later than 7:00 PM on Wednesday, November 25th.
Any orders not collected by the end of our final pickup window on Wednesday will be considered abandoned and will be forfeited without a refund or store credit.
We will be closed beginning Thanksgiving Day and cannot accommodate pickups after 7pm on November 25th.
Can I pick up my pies the Friday before Thanksgiving and save them until Thursday?
We do not recommend purchasing pies the Friday before Thanksgiving with the intention of serving them the following Thursday, as they will no longer be at their freshest.
We understand that some customers choose this option if they miss Thanksgiving preordering and decide to freeze their pies until Thanksgiving Eve.
However, not all of our pie flavors freeze and thaw equally well, and we cannot guarantee the quality or appearance of pies that have been frozen at home.
If you choose to do this, we're happy to recommend flavors that tend to freeze best, but we cannot be held responsible for any changes in quality after freezing and thawing.
Extras, Availability & Waitlists
Will you have extra pies available during Thanksgiving week?
We cannot guarantee that extra pies will be available during Thanksgiving week, but we will do our best to have a limited selection.
If extras are available, we will announce them on our social media accounts on Wednesday afternoon, November 25th, for purchase and pickup later that afternoon.
All extras will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, in store only. We cannot reserve or hold extra pies.
Do you have a waiting list if I miss the preorder window?
No, we do not maintain a Thanksgiving waiting list.
Unclaimed pies are extremely rare, and we cannot guarantee that any additional pies will become available.
If we have extras, they will be announced on social media and available for in-store purchase on a first-come, first-served basis.
We strongly encourage everyone to preorder early rather than relying on last-minute availability.
Holiday Hours & Closures
Will you be open the weekend before or after Thanksgiving?
Please take note of our adjusted holiday schedule.
We will be CLOSED on the following dates:
Saturday, November 21st (Saturday before Thanksgiving)
Sunday, November 22nd
Monday, November 23rd
Thursday, November 26th, through Tuesday, December 1st
Thanksgiving preorder pickups will take place ONLY on Tuesday, November 24th, and Wednesday, November 25th.
We will resume normal business operations on Wednesday, December 2nd.
Large Orders, Caterers & Bulk Pricing
What if I need to place a large order?
During our busy holiday season (October through December), all large orders must be approved by our owner, Lauren, before being placed.
Please contact us before ordering if your purchase includes more than:
6 dozen Pie Bites
12 half-dozen Pie Bites
8 full-size pies
For large-order inquiries, please contact Lauren at (561) 371-4167 to confirm availability before placing your order online.
Please note that we typically cannot accommodate large corporate orders or catering orders during Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks. This allows us to prioritize availability for as many individual customers as possible.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
No, we do not offer bulk or volume-based discounts. All orders are charged at our regular listed prices, regardless of quantity.
Do you work with caterers for Thanksgiving or Christmas?
No. We do not accept orders from caterers during Thanksgiving or Christmas week.
Our holiday production capacity is limited, and our priority is fulfilling orders for individual customers who want to enjoy our desserts with their families and friends.
Additionally, our products may not be purchased for resale or presented as another business's products. Any use of our pies by another business must clearly identify them as products from Key Lime to Happiness.
